Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit this website or contact RIMERA, why, and what rights you have. It is meant to be short and clear.
01Who is responsible
The data controller is Riquelme Santos Lima, who offers the services presented on this website under the name RIMERA.
Contact for anything related to your data: hellorimera@gmail.com
02What data is processed and why
When you contact me
If you write via WhatsApp or e-mail, I process the data you share: your name, phone number or e-mail address, and the content of your messages. I use it only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if we work together, carry out the project.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
When you visit the website
The hosting provider automatically processes the technical data needed to deliver the site and keep it secure: IP address, browser type, date and time, and the page requested.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
03Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, local storage, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking technology. It does not load content from third parties: fonts and images are served from the site itself.
04How long data is kept
- Enquiries that do not become a project: deleted 12 months after the last contact.
- Clients: for the duration of the working relationship and afterwards for the periods required by applicable law.
- Hosting logs: for the limited period set by the hosting provider.
05Who else processes data
Your data is never sold or used for advertising. It is only processed by the providers needed to run this website and to communicate with you:
- Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting, as a processor.
- Google (Gmail): e-mail.
- WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta): if you choose to get in touch via WhatsApp. WhatsApp processes your data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
06International transfers
Some of these providers may process data in the United States. These transfers are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
07Your rights
At any time and free of charge, you can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing or data portability, or object to processing, by writing to hellorimera@gmail.com. You will receive an answer within one month.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority in your country.

This site links to other websites, such as client projects and WhatsApp. Once you leave this site, the privacy policy of that website applies.
